Detroit Pistons not moving to Las Vegas

Reports of the Detroit Pistons moving to Las Vegas have been highly exaggerated.
It's been rumored that Las Vegas could finally get an NBA team if a new arena were built with public funds, and that the Pistons were in the running.
The whispering began when an investment group stated it had a team under contract and, separately, the Pistons were up for sale.
But the NBA has denied not just the Pistons, but any NBA team is under contract.
Looks like it may be awhile before we have pro sports in Las Vegas.
